GSS Machinery electric pipe and tube bending machines are designed with bending technology features, a processing tube with defined OD (outside diameter) measurement, and has diverse stacked capabilities.
The machines can control piping to bend in several shapes and directions at high pressures and temperatures with an excellent finish. They can bend fixed and volatile radii in the same cycle and give room for bending while ensuring there’s no space between them. It is user-friendly and gets rid of clamping marks.
Our tube bender works at high speed with ultimate control. Each axis is designed to be solely controlled by servo motors such that the speed and movement of every axis can be regulated and amassed to precision. It reduces cost and is modeled with low maintenance procedures. If you want to use it for thick walls lesser than 30mm, get a nominal bore to measure the pipe for accuracy.
