Eberle Clean Lube 3000 MQL Coolant
High flash point, reduced smoke and misting.
Eberle CLEAN LUBE 3000 is a moderate to heavy-duty near dry machining fluid, designed to replace flood coolant. CLEAN LUBE 3000 is formulated to be applied using minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) equipment. It may be used in all types of metalworking applications including the more severe operations such as sawing, broaching, and tapping. CLEAN LUBE 3000 is non-staining and requires no cleaning before heat treating.

Eberle CLEAN LUBE HD is high performance, medium viscosity cutting fluid with extreme pressure additive, for use in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) equipment. Safe for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. CLEAN LUBE HD is formulated to be 100% biodegradable and more environmentally friendly than traditional cutting fluids, while at the same time providing the same exceptional performance. CLEAN LUBE HD, is able to handle heavy-duty operations while reducing environmental impacts.

Its formulation is based on new technology that maintains superior bio stability. The PROTECH EP 1000 is a low foaming, low odor, high lubricity, hard water emulsion stable fluid. It has excellent cleanability and tramp oil rejection. This product uses a balanced combination of natural and synthetic esters and extreme pressure additives for enhanced lubricity.

With regular maintenance and concentration control, the product should last indefinitely.
